Have you ever wondered… What is Post Cana? 

Post Cana is an organization for the mutual support of widows and widowers of all ages and faiths, sponsored by the Office of Family Life of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington, DC. Lives change dramatically after the death of a spouse. Post Cana members engage in spiritual, social, intellectual, and other positive programs that promote and enrich their lives through fellowship. They have a common thread of grief and healing, and learn from each other through organized get-togethers. We welcome new widows and widowers to join us.
